What you'll learn

Deepen your artistic skills and ability to digitally express concepts and ideas with this Digital Storytelling microcredential. In a hands-on, project-based environment, you will create powerful imagery and stories using a range of digital media and animations. You will build writing and editing skills and hone your storytelling ability. You will explore multiple applications for the skillset you are building-from blogs and podcasting to social media, newsletters and journalism. Successful completion of this microcredential prepares all for continued study and internships, provides specialized skills to existing professionals to allow them to keep pace and advance, and readies those new to the field to immediately apply for entry level digital media content creator, marketing specialist, copywriter or social media coordinator positions.

A face to face microcredential from SUNY Ulster (10.8 CEUs). Registration is completed with SUNY Ulster.
