What you'll learn
This Motion Media: Movement & Motion microcredential provides foundational skills in 2D animation and use of current industry software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Aftereffects. You will begin with general drawing and figure drawing and transition to motion media. You will study digital illustration and motion graphics and key principles of graphic and visual communication. You will gain skills in 2D animation, and 2-D, 3-D, and 4-D design as you build or strengthen your portfolio. Successful completion of this microcredential readies all to continue their education in the Motion Media associate degree program and prepares students for employment in drawing, illustration and motion graphics.
